  • Our highest level of support, combining customized training with done-for-you meal plans or menu creation. Built for busy women who want results without decision fatigue while moving through intentional transformation phases. Maximum structure, clarity, and accountability.

  • G.L.O. Signature is a concierge-level wellness experience integrating in-person personal training with chef-curated, in-home meal preparation by food-safety certified staff — delivering precision, consistency, and elevated results for clients who value time, excellence, and execution.

Our Process

The G.L.O. Method is built on the belief that true transformation extends beyond workouts and meal plans. Our coaching integrates principles from recreational therapy and dimensions of wellness frameworks to support the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and environmentally.

Rather than isolating fitness or nutrition, we coach through a structured, 4-phase process that develops strength, self-awareness, and sustainable lifestyle systems. Each phase builds intentionally, supporting long-term behavior change, resilience, and autonomy.

Foundation

This phase establishes stability across key dimensions of wellness. We focus on building consistent movement routines, nutrition awareness, hydration, recovery, and daily habits while assessing lifestyle stressors, environment, and current patterns. The goal is to create safety, structure, and self-awareness before progressing.

Build

As foundational systems become consistent, we begin progressive training and strategic nutrition adjustments while reinforcing mental, emotional, and lifestyle resilience. Clients learn how movement, fuel, stress, and recovery interact—strengthening both physical capacity and confidence.

Transform

This phase supports deeper physical change while strengthening adaptability across life domains. Training and nutrition are refined to align with goals, schedules, and real-world demands. We intentionally integrate flexibility, reflection, and problem-solving so progress continues through travel, stress, and changing seasons of life.

Sustain

Optimization is about sustainability and independence. We refine systems, reduce friction, and strengthen internal regulation across wellness dimensions—ensuring results are maintainable, not dependent on constant oversight. Clients exit this phase equipped with tools to self-regulate, adjust, and thrive long-term.
