Who We Are
The G.L.O. Method is a women-focused fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching company built on the integration of movement, nourishment, and whole-person development.
We deliver personalized, phase-based coaching through an online model that combines customized strength training, macro-based nutrition coaching, and done-for-you meal planning. Our programs are designed to adapt to real life—accounting for lifestyle demands, stress, schedules, and individual needs—while providing structure, accountability, and intentional progression.
Our approach is informed by evidence-based fitness and nutrition practices and grounded in recreational therapy methodologies, including the application of dimensions of wellness frameworks. This allows us to support sustainable behavior change, self-efficacy, and long-term results—not just short-term outcomes.
At The G.L.O. Method, coaching extends beyond workouts and meal plans. We help women build systems that support how they move, fuel, recover, and live—so progress is sustainable, transferable, and aligned with life beyond the program
Meet The Founder
Coach Gloria is the founder of The G.L.O. Method and brings a rare, interdisciplinary approach to fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), with formal training in behavior change, quality of life, and holistic wellness. Gloria began coaching during her college years and officially entered the fitness industry in 2016, coaching CrossFit and bootcamp-style classes while working hands-on with individuals across diverse fitness levels and life stages.
After college, Gloria took a hiatus from coaching to pursue a corporate career, where she worked her way up the ladder in a high-demand environment. That chapter deepened her understanding of stress, burnout, structure, and the realities many women face balancing ambition with personal health. Ultimately, it clarified where her passion truly lived. Gloria made the decision to leave corporate life, return to coaching full-time, and build her own business—allowing The G.L.O. Method to fully take shape.
Today, Gloria combines her academic background in therapeutic recreation with industry credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach through NASM, along with years of real-world coaching experience. Her work intentionally integrates evidence-based training, nutrition strategy, and recreational therapy–informed wellness practices, including the application of dimensions of wellness frameworks, to support sustainable behavior change and long-term results.
Gloria is also a competitive bodybuilder, having completed her first competition season last year—earning a first-place overall win and receiving an invitation to compete at the national level the following week. Her experience as an athlete informs her coaching philosophy, reinforcing the importance of discipline, consistency, recovery, and respect for the process.
Fitness has been a catalyst for Gloria’s personal transformation—strengthening her mental resilience, reshaping insecurities, and empowering her to pursue growth across every area of life. She believes the principles learned through training—self-respect, consistency, and intentional effort—extend far beyond the gym and into how we lead ourselves daily.
Through The G.L.O. Method, Gloria’s mission is to guide women toward optimization of life by using fitness, nutrition, and wellness as tools for autonomy, confidence, and long-term fulfillment.
