TGM Nutrition & Sports Performance is a coaching company built on the integration of training, nutrition, and lifestyle—serving both lifestyle clients and athletes with a shared standard of structure, precision, and care.
We deliver personalized, phase-based coaching through either in person or via an online model that combines customized strength training, nutrition coaching, mindset, goal setting, and holistic lifestyle approaches. Every plan is designed to adapt to real life—accounting for schedules, stress, training demands, and individual needs—while still creating intentional progression and measurable results.
Our approach is rooted in evidence-based fitness and nutrition practices, applied through a performance and lifestyle lens. We prioritize sustainable behavior change, self-efficacy, and long-term development whether the goal is improving body composition, enhancing daily energy, or optimizing athletic performance.
For our lifestyle clients, we build systems that support how they move, fuel, recover, and live so that their results are sustainable and aligned with real life. For our athletes, we align nutrition and training strategies with the demands of their sport to support performance, recovery, and longevity.
At TGM, coaching extends beyond workouts and meal plans. We equip our clients with the structure, education, and awareness needed to sustain their results, perform with intention, and carry what they’ve learned into every area of their lives.

Gloria Rodriguez
Coach Gloria is the co-founder of TGM Nutrition & Sports Performance and brings a rare, interdisciplinary approach to coaching—blending fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle strategy through both a clinical and real-world lens.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), with formal training in behavior change, quality of life, and holistic wellness. Gloria began coaching during her college years and officially entered the fitness industry in 2016, working with clients across a wide range of fitness levels, goals, and life stages through both group and individualized settings.
After graduating, she stepped away from coaching to pursue a corporate career, where she advanced within a high-demand environment. That experience deepened her understanding of stress, burnout, structure, and the realities of balancing ambition with personal health—insight that now directly informs her coaching approach. Ultimately, it clarified where her work was meant to be. Gloria returned to coaching full-time in 2024 to build what is now TGM.
Today, she combines her academic background with industry credentials as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, alongside years of hands-on coaching experience. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practice and integrates performance training, nutrition strategy, and lifestyle systems to support sustainable behavior change and long-term results.
As both a coach and athlete, Gloria understands the full spectrum of transformation. She is a competitive bodybuilder who earned an overall first-place title in her debut season and received a national-level qualification the following week. Her experience in different sports reinforces the values she coaches daily: discipline, consistency, recovery, and respect for the process.
Fitness has been a catalyst for Gloria’s own growth; strengthening her mental resilience, reshaping her relationship with herself, and expanding how she shows up in every area of life. She believes the principles developed through training extend far beyond the gym, influencing how we lead, perform, and live.
Through TGM Nutrition & Sports Performance, Gloria’s mission is to help both lifestyle clients and athletes build structure, develop autonomy, and elevate their standard by using fitness, nutrition, and performance as tools for long-term health, confidence, and fulfillment.
Yordano Rodriguez
Coach Yo is a high-performance coach specializing in strength & conditioning, sports performance, and mindset development.
With over a decade of coaching experience, his background spans multiple disciplines—from growing up as a competitive basketball player to years of competing in CrossFit and HYROX, and now stepping into the world of mixed martial arts. This evolution as an athlete allows him to bring a well-rounded, real-world understanding of performance across different demands, environments, and levels of competition.
Yordano has coached both professional and amateur athletes, including MMA fighters and NFL players, as well as driven individuals looking to elevate their physical and mental capacity. His coaching bridges the gap between physical performance and psychological resilience—helping clients develop not only strength, speed, and endurance, but also discipline, focus, and composure under pressure.
His approach is built on structure, consistency, and execution. He prioritizes intentional training, individualized programming, and a mindset that supports long-term progression over short bursts of motivation.
Yordano believes that true performance is forged through daily habits, mental toughness, and a standard that doesn’t waver when things get hard.

Brooke Smith
Brooke Smith is a performance and hypertrophy-focused coach who specializes in building strong, capable bodies through intentional training, mobility, and mindset development.
With a lifelong background in athletics, Brooke has been immersed in sports since the age of four, developing a deep, experience-based understanding of movement, performance, and the demands placed on the body across different stages of training.
She spent over a decade working with volleyball and basketball athletes before shifting her focus to former athletes and individuals new to the gym. Brooke loves working alongside those looking to rebuild their foundation, reconnect with their fitness, or step into a structured approach for the first time.
Brooke’s coaching is rooted in individuality. She prioritizes movement quality, progressive overload, and adaptability, understanding that no two clients require the same path to achieve results.
Her approach integrates strength training, mobility, and habit development alongside nutrition and mindset work to create sustainable, long-term progress. She emphasizes not only how clients train, but how they move, recover, and show up consistently.
Direct and results-driven, Brooke brings both accountability and support to challenge her clients to raise their standards while equipping them with the tools to build strength, confidence, and resilience that lasts.
